LOCATION IS EVERYTHING! This home is across the street from Beachwalk19. You can be on the sand in one minute from the time you leave the driveway. The only thing that would be better is to be Gulf front and that would cost $Millions more. This home is in a very upscale area with many large gulf front houses within a block.
